Do you accommodate for emergency appointments?Yes, if you're in need of a dental emergency then please contact the practice at 9am, the receptionist will be able to offer you an appointment within 24 hours based on your symptoms and pain level. If however you require a dental emergency appointment outside of our opening hours, please conatct NHS 111.

Are you taking on new NHS patients right now?We are not taking on new NHS patients at this time, However we are taking on private patients so give us a call on 01905 428261 or send us an email to stjohnsdental11@gmail.com for more details.

What can I do if I need treatment but can't pay in full?Not to worry, we offer a finance options, for more information please give us a call on 01905 428261 or click the button bellow to be redirected to our selection of payment methods.

I have an appointment but can't attend it now, what do I do?As long as you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time then we can rebook you and you will be working within our FTA policy. To see our FTA policy in full, click on the button below.

Am I exempt from NHS charges?Possibly, click the button below to be redirected to the NHSBSA exemption form to find out or give us a call on 01905 428261 and we will try help you work out if you may be exempt.

Do you have on site parking available?Unfortunately we do not provide on site parking but there is a local supermarket with parking for up to 2 hours and near by roads that provide parking within walking distance of the practice.
